One of the problems of researching Vizsla history through names is that the US did like Hungarians & used past names in their dog’s pedigree. Then there were those who used their last name to notate their kennel. Then there were those who bought dogs from other lineage & used their breeder's kennel name which made tracking down foundation stock more difficult. Then...there were those who refused to identify dogs they produced by deliberately not choosing to use their name or create a kennel name. This list is NOT complete & is barely into the sevnties.
