She takes her responsibilities seriously & lives life to the
fullest despite a serious car accident in 2001 & ehrlichia
in 1999. Delta is full bore, all out, takes no prisoners in
her joy of life. She has no idea she is a dog, dives
under water or nimbly climbs small buildings with a
bound. She believes IT IS HER JOB to lead the way for all
those at Mudsville. She is excessively friendly outside of
a dog crate, a closed room & a vehicle. Inside she is
absolutely furious that she has been removed from you
in any way, shape or form. She lives to beat up the other
dogs & with the metal in her front legs she hurts others.
But Delta finds herself to be THE most hysterically funny
"person" alive & is totally shocked if anyone calls her
bluff & actually clobbers or snaps at her for
her outrageous antics.
Show Delta the field or water & it's GAME ON.
Delta loves water & retrieving. Diving just became logical to her.
Delta spends hours playing retrieve unsupervised all by herself.
Delta's favorite lake is Lake Superior. Even cold she will not quit.
